All of our organic coffee growers are certified by independent third party inspectors such as OCIA (Organic Crop Improvement Association) and Mayacert to strictly meet all the standards of the USDA National Organic Program. We roast these coffees in small batches at our certified roasting facility in Maryville, TN and package them in the highest quality packaging available to assure your enjoyment.
