What Makes Trillium Blend Special?

Our Trillium Blend is a composition of 50% Ethiopian Shantawene, 25% Kenya Ichamama, and 25% Papua New Guinea coffees, each bringing its unique characteristics to create a unique and refreshing flavor profile. This medium roast coffee has a bright, juicy acidity and a medium body, making it perfect for those crisp, sunny mornings of spring.

Flavor Profile

Ethiopian Shantawene - Starting with our Ethiopian Shantawene, this washed coffee brings floral and stone fruit flavors that are reminiscent of peach and apricot. It sets a vibrant and aromatic foundation to the Trillium Blend.

Kenya Ichamama - The Kenyan Ichamama introduces a depth to this blend that is akin to a rich, red Merlot. With undertones of dark chocolate and black cherries, it adds a bit of complexity to this blend.

Papua New Guinea - To round this trio off, our Papua New Guinea beans offers a bright, juicy apple taste that compliments the brightness of spring. Subtle hints of spice and earthy undertones provide a perfectly rounded finish to our Trillium Blend.
