John’s initial quest for better coffee grew from roasting small batches of coffee in his garage to brewing batches for neighbors and friends on the “red roaster” to today’s award-winning Roastery serving his East Tennessee community and beyond. The Red Roaster Blend spotlights one of John’s favorite coffees, a fully washed Kenyan coffee, accentuated by addition of a natural Rwandan coffee and an organic Mexican.
