Donation Request Guidelines
To ensure a smooth and fair process, please review the following guidelines before submitting your request:
General Information
We strive to support as many nonprofit organizations and fundraising efforts as possible.
Submitting a request, even if all guidelines are followed, does not guarantee a donation.
Donations are limited to one per organization per calendar year.
Submission Timeline
All requests must be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to the desired ship or pick-up date.
Product and Delivery
Product Selection: We reserve the right to determine the donated product. While we do our best to accommodate your needs, availability and limitations may apply.
Local Pick-Up: Organizations located in Blount or Knox Counties are asked to pick up their donation in person.
Shipping Policy: We only ship to physical addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Eligibility Requirements
A valid 501(c)(3) tax-exempt certificate number is required with each donation request.
