Trillium Blend, our new Spring seasonal coffee is named after the lovely three-petaled flower that welcomes spring in abundance across the Great Smoky Mountains. It is a delightful combination of three outstanding coffees. We begin with the fruity-floral notes of a classic Ethiopian coffee, blend it with the deep winey-citrusy notes of an exquisite Kenyan coffee, and round it out with notes of stone fruit and Fiji apple from coffees of Papua New Guinea. This blend is bright, balanced, and features a medium body and acidity. Perfect for a tranquil Tennessee Spring morning drinking in the blossoming transition of the season.
