Grand Opening of Vienna Coffee at the Regas Building
Join us for our Grand Opening Celebration of our newest retail location in Knoxville, TN. Located at 318 N. Gay Street the coffeehouse is just inside a familiar landmark, The Regas Building.
“We will kick off the celebration at 3:00 pm as the downtown community gets ready for First Friday and The Christmas Parade,” said John Clark, owner and Roastmaster. “The ribbon cutting at 3:30 will be attended by our celebrity hero Mr. Bill Regas, and then we will offer door prizes and free samples of many of our delicious treats. Free coffee gear, french presses, brewers and the like will be given away every half hour. Coffee lovers will want to check out the fun and stick around for a beer and swell music by Red Shoes and Rosin at 5:30, then Pistol Creek Catch of the Day at 7:30 pm” Clark added.
The menu for the new coffee house will include all of the traditional espresso and coffee beverages that our Maryville location is known for. Food includes light breakfast items such as traditional and Vienna’s famous crustless quiche, scones, muffins, and quick breads. Light lunch items including panini sandwiches, homemade soups, and salads are available every day, including Saturday (closed Sunday). Three local beers are on tap alongside three unique Nitro cold brew taps on the exclusive “Nitro Bar." “Our goal is to create the comfortable coffeehouse vibe that invites conversation and meetings for community and business groups alike,” Clark added. “Last year, we were delighted to be named “…the state’s best coffee…” by Mental Floss Magazine and we plan to extend its availability to the delight of Knoxville”.
Freshly roasted, artisan and Specialty coffees will be delivered from the Maryville Roastery at least twice weekly to assure the downtown community ready access to these unique coffees at peak freshness.
