We are excited to launch a new position at Vienna Coffee Co. for a Customer Support Manager. This position will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with wholesale customers, overseeing their coffee purchasing experience, and developing a cross-supportive internal team.
This position requires a blend of sales expertise, customer relationship management, and a deep understanding of coffee products. This person should have extensive knowledge of the specialty coffee industry/markets.
OR… ARE YOU EXPERIENCED WITH FACILITIES MAINTENANCE?
We are also seeking someone for Facilities & Ground Maintenance to work in collaboration with our Equipment Service Technician to focus on building upkeep and small equipment repair.
If you have a keen eye for detail and diligence in your approach to work (plus enjoy a great cup of joe while you work), this could be your opportunity!
